Staedtler and Sakura Microns are the best pens I've found yet *_*!
Veeeery nice black pens~. Ink goes on smoothly and evenly, and
tends not to smear! My favorite pen tip size is 03.

Don't buy these Faber-Castell type inking pens, though! Especially
if you plan on using marker coloring afterwords. They smear
easily and a lot!

Also, these Sakura brush-tip pens have problems. They're
probably all well and good for calligraphy and such. But the
tips are insanely hard to control for inking, and the color goes
on too unevenly for coloring with.

Everyone knows Sharpies! They're easy to use for filling in
large black spaces and outlines. I've heard that the black will
change color eventually, though O_O. I dunno if it's true or not.

I use a black Prismacolor marker to fill in large black spaces and
lines instead of a Sharpie~. It's a bit more expensive, but
its got the variable nib sizes, and
I'm sure it won't change color on me 5 years from now ^_^

If you're inking a picture, you WILL make mistakes O_O! And one of the
few ways to "erase" a black pen line is with white acrylic and a brush ^_^!
(A lot of people use white-out, but acrylic is easier to apply, for me.)

Gel pens are another way of drawing over the black inking lines~. The white gel
pens can be easier for small precision changes than acrylic, too! Just...the
white gel is not as opaque as the acrylic, so it won't completely cover large, dark
black lines.
